Return, Damages and issues

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from vegnusprofessional.com, you may return it within 7 days of the date it was received and receive a refund in accordance with this Policy.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment. We are not responsible for any damages made by the carrier.

Please include your name, address, email address, daytime phone number and reason for return. Items can only be returned for refund or credit if they have no signs of wear and tear and are in original packaging.

 

All Claims Must Be Made Within 7 Days from receipt of the package. We will provide a pre-paid return label only if a mistake was made on our end (for example, if we sent the wrong item). If Return is made for any other reason (change of mind, dislike the color, ext.), the customer will be responsible for shipping cost to send the items back to us.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event of the conditions in this policy are not met, vegnusprofessional.com reserves the right to refuse the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
We do not make exchanges, please be sure before making your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
