Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 days business days to process your order. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.

In case we were experiencing a high volume of orders, it could be a delay in the orders processing.

During Holidays we could experience some delay due to the carriers delay.

Estimated time of delivery depends on the shipping you choose at checkout, for Economy shipping the delivery is between 5-8 business days from the date after the order has been processed.

You will receive an email  with shipping information so you will be able to track your order.

If you do not receive your order within this time period, please contact us at vegnusprofessional@gmail.com and we will send you a tracking number.
